Let's Do It!

- Look around the room together: "Can you find something round?"
- Point to and name everything you find: "The clock is a circle! And the wheel!"
- Count all the shapes you spotted: "We found 5 circles โ wow!"
- Move on to the next shape โ try square, triangle, or rectangle.
- Challenge round: step outside and find shapes on buildings or in nature!
What They'll Learn
๐ก Parent Tip
Make it a race! "Who can find a square first?" works great for keeping toddlers engaged. You can also extend this into meals โ talk about the shape of their sandwich, their plate, or the crackers on their snack. Shapes are everywhere once you start looking!
